Admission Requirements
RN to BSN Program Requirements
To be eligible for admission into OPSU’s RN to BSN program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Graduate with a diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program (ACEN, CCNE, etc.)
- Current, active, unrestricted licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state in which you’re practicing. RN licensure must remain current, active, and unrestricted throughout the duration of the program. NOTE: Recent ADN/diploma grads can be accepted prior to licensure.
- NOTE: Recent ADN/diploma grads and nursing students with three or more semesters completed can take certain courses prior to licensure. Contact Admissions for more information.
- Minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Minimum GPA of 2.0 in all prior nursing courses.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Requirements
To be eligible for admission into OPSU’s Bachelor of Business Administration program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Graduate of an accredited high school.
- Minimum cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale
- International applicants: non-Native English speakers must demonstrate English proficiency.
